1. Services Offered

Marinice Vieira offers spiritual healing, guidance sessions, sacred rituals, retreats, and online consultations. These services are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. They are designed to support your personal and spiritual journey through holistic and energetic methods.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through WhatsApp, email, or the booking form.

  • Full payment is required to confirm your appointment or participation.

  • Prices are listed in euros (€) and may vary depending on the session type and location.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 72 hours before your scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not be refunded.

  • Missed sessions (no-shows) are considered non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule, please contact Marinice directly via WhatsApp.

4. Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable, except in the event that Marinice must cancel your session or retreat.

  • If cancellation occurs from our side, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling.

5. Client Responsibility

  • By participating in any session, you agree that you are doing so of your own free will.

  • You are responsible for your own emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being before, during, and after the session.

  • Always consult with a licensed medical professional for physical or mental health issues.

6. Confidentiality

All sessions are held in a safe and confidential space. Your personal information, shared stories, and energetic process will never be shared with third parties.

7. Retreat Participation

  • Participants must be 18 years or older.

  • You are responsible for your own travel, insurance, and health conditions.

  • Specific preparation guidelines will be sent before any ceremony or retreat.

  • Marinice reserves the right to refuse participation if it is deemed unsafe or misaligned energetically.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, and videos—is the intellectual property of Marinice Vieira and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.

9. Legal Disclaimer
